Success! Day 3
Day 3 on the no-milk proteins and no-soy elimination diet. Already, baby Lily slept through the night! What a difference--she slept from 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. After 8 weeks (56 nights) of waking up all night, it is such a relief.
I hadn't realized how many products have milk proteins (casein, whey, milk) and soy (soy, soy lecithin, etc). It's a bit of a challenge avoiding such products, but now that I've had some sleep, I'm feeling pretty good about it!
