Tooth Fairy

My oldest daughter lost her first tooth! She is 6 years and 3 months old. I wanted losing teeth to feel really special, so I made her this fairy doll to put her teeth in as she loses them. It's made out of a sock! You can see the little pocket where the hands should be.

She woke up in the morning with a $5 bill (the going rate for any future teeth will only be $1) and a little scroll written by the tooth fairy that says:


Dear Maisy,
You lost a tooth! It is a wonderful pearly white one, you must be brushing well!

I left you a gift in exchange for your tooth. Spend it wisely!

Keep brushing and flossing and your teeth will be healthy.
