In a Rut...
No, not me! The Elk. We enjoyed our first "fall" trip to the mountains last Sunday. The Elk are bugling and the weather is getting cooler. There are a few leaves changing color, so we will be visiting the mountains often for the next month.

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
