RECALL: Melamine in Chocolate-Walgreen's
Yet another recall about the tainted milk products with Melamine from China. The recall doesn't make it obvious that they are from China, however:
Michael Polzin, a representative of Walgreen’s stated in a telephone call to Ms. Reef, said that the product came from “Dan Dee” a “distributor” and thought they may be in “New Jersey”.
Ms. Reef, a food sales and marketing veteran, used www.manta.com to locate Dan-Dee. Dan-Dee International Limited is in Jersey City, New Jersey. She used the information to call Dan-Dee directly, and spoke to a Sylvia a supervisor. She confirmed that the candy came from China, and it was recalled because there was a “trace amount of melamine” and “over the limit” for the U.S.
They've been sold since August and they are obviously Christmas related, so please pass this on to anyone with children.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- DEERFIELD, Ill., Dec. 5, 2008 – Walgreens is recalling 173 teddy bears with chocolate bars sold in stores since late September 2008. Walgreens already has instructed stores to stop selling the product, which is specifically described as an approximately 9-inch high Dressy Teddy Bear with 4-oz. Chocolate Bar. The product's UPC number is 047475864485, and the product tag also includes the item number 291332. Walgreens has not received any reports of illness or injury related to this product.

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
