End of the Year Traditions

I've already blogged about our Journey to Simplicity for Christmas this year and, so far, it feels great to not be caught up in the shopping frenzy. The countdown to Black Friday has begun and I couldn't care less!

But as this has been a really rough year for me, I'm wondering what traditions everyone has to celebrate the end of one difficult year and bring in new blessings for the new year?

How do you shake out the sadness and difficulty of one year and start a new year fresh?

Our year ends at a different time, but its focused completely, I think, on this exact thing. For me its a time to reflect on all the things I wish I could change and examine them closely. If there is anything I need to apologize for or make right with others, I try to do it as quickly as possible. On that same list is between me and God too and that takes the deep prayer time too. Basically doing all on my behalf to start with a clean slate. I pray you can have that, each year it seems that I feel more refreshed and it becomes an easier process.

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
